Cooperation on the basis of a contract or service contract and legal obligations in our field of activity

However, for the purposes of performing the services we provide on the basis of a contract or order, we need more of your personal data, which you provide to us via forms available on our website and at our headquarters or obtained by email.


Retention of your data

We keep personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected.

We thus process personal data until the purpose has been fulfilled or within the limitation periods for the obligations that may arise from the processing of such personal data, in particular when the processing of personal data is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, except in cases where the retention period is required by law. We will keep the data in accordance with the legal obligation to do so, namely the data on the invoices issued and the documents on which they are based for a period of 10 years, and the data necessary for the performance of the transaction or the exercise of our activity will be kept permanently. Personal data processed on the basis of your consent (project consent) will be kept for 10 years from the end of the project. We keep your other consents until revocation. After the retention period has expired, we effectively delete or anonymise your personal data, which means that we process it in such a way that it can no longer be linked to you.


Rights in relation to your personal data

You may request access to, rectification, amendment or restriction of processing of your personal data in accordance with data protection legislation.

You also have the right to opt-out or delete your data. If you opt-out, we will delete your data, but if you wish to delete your data, we will only retain the data that we need in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act and the law to carry out our business.


You should address your request to exercise your right in writing to the Personal Data Controller. However, the controller may, on the basis of your request for the exercise of your rights, request additional information from you for the purpose of ensuring your identification.

The individual has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia if he or she considers that his or her personal data are being stored or otherwise processed in breach of the applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data.


Access to your personal data

We will not, under any circumstances, disclose your personal data to third parties other than those who have a contract with us under which they carry out certain data processing tasks and who are obliged to comply with the law on the processing and protection of personal data.
